Candidates should have demonstrated experience in designing and creating test conditions covering all potential scenarios of payroll processing software, along with a thorough understanding of Payroll and HR legislation that regulates Payroll and HR processes.
The Payroll Compliance Test Engineer will be responsible for designing and running test scenarios to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, escalating these issues to the Head of Compliance for resolution. They will also ensure testing plans stay current based on the issuance of new or revised policies and procedures, modifications to existing rules and regulations, and enactment of new rules and regulations. Furthermore, the Test Engineer will adhere to business processes and systems to meet the company’s quality requirements, maintaining an accuracy rate of 97% or more, and communicating continually with the Head of Compliance, developers, and solution designers on areas of development or issues experienced during the development cycle. Finally, they will update the Product User Guide for allocated countries.
